Orders placed between 1/11 2026 - 23/12 2026 can be exchanged until Friday, 15 January.
A shipping fee of 50 kr. is charged for returns for refund if you use our return portal.
Uncollected packages
If your package is not collected, we charge an administration fee of 49 kr., whether the package is to be resent or refunded.
