We start gently. A guided breathwork session that helps you let go of the day and enter the warmth.
Round 2: Man in the Shirt
An excerpt from our podcast with relevant conversations on topics that resonate. From health and biohacking to business and lifestyle.
Round 3: Jørgen Leth's greeting
We always end with Jørgen Leth's autumn greeting. A atmospheric and poetic conclusion to the session. It lasts about 3 minutes and is followed by tracks from We're just sitting here.Each sauna session centers around a guided theme – it could be a clip from our latest Man in the Shirt episode, a breathwork session, or something entirely different that makes the warmth more meaningful. Ninety degrees. And something to ponder on the way home.
